Un an apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;ouverture de sa boutique au sein de sa maison ma\u00eetre le Meurice, le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre p\u00e2tissier d\u00e9voilera une boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie de 300m2, dont un \u00e9tage transform\u00e9 en salon de th\u00e9, d&rsquo;ici la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Une boulangerie tr\u00e8s attendue qui prendra place avenue de l&rsquo;Op\u00e9ra, au coeur du local qui a h\u00e9berg\u00e9 la p\u00e2tisserie de Jeffrey Cagnes, ex-chef p\u00e2tissier de la maison Stohrer.<\/p>\n<div class=\"image_top_single\">\n<div class=\"article-intro excerpt\">L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement ne manquera pas de ravir les gourmands parisiens mais aussi les \u00e9trangers. Bien que Grolet assure r\u00e9aliser son r\u00eave en ouvrant cette boulangerie, il ne quittera pas le Meurice pour autant, \u00a0lui \u00e9tant fid\u00e8le depuis 8 ans
