Jos\u00e9 Neves<\/em>, le patron et fondateur de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, vient d’annoncer la totale acquisition du groupe New Guards. Ce groupe aux marques d\u2019envergure telles qu’Off-White, Heron Preston, Palm Angels, Marcelo Burlon, Alanui, Unravel Project et Kirin Peggy Gou. Une op\u00e9ration estim\u00e9e \u00e0 non moins de 603 millions d\u2019euros environ. Les conditions financi\u00e8res de cette derni\u00e8re ont elles aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9es : l\u2019acquisition est suppos\u00e9e se finaliser au troisi\u00e8me trimestre 2019 et se r\u00e9alisera en cash ainsi qu\u2019en actions Farfetch.<\/p>\n

C\u2019est un grand coup pour ce g\u00e9ant du commerce en ligne qui, de par l\u2019achat de telles marques \u00e0 l\u2019image d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, va attirer une client\u00e8le plus jeune.<\/p>\n
