Les films de Shirin Neshat en sont des exemples, tout comme le thriller <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yalda, la nuit du pardon <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2019)<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">de Massoud Bakhshi dans lequel le destin d\u2019une condamn\u00e9e \u00e0 mort se joue sur un plateau de t\u00e9l\u00e9 r\u00e9alit\u00e9 iranien. Quant \u00e0 lui, le documentaire de Niederzoll a tout d\u2019une grande trag\u00e9die de cin\u00e9ma, bien que sa mise en sc\u00e8ne revendiquant les ab\u00eemes du r\u00e9gime l\u2019inscrit plut\u00f4t dans la tradition des cin\u00e9astes d\u2019opposition. Parmi eux, Mohammed Rasoulof ou bien Jafar Panahi connu pour <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Is not a Film<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (2011) et <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taxi T\u00e9h\u00e9ran <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2015). Les cin\u00e9astes iraniens se heurtent, en effet, \u00e0 d&rsquo;innombrables difficult\u00e9s et la case prison en fait partie.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En l&rsquo;occurrence, la r\u00e9alisatrice a tourn\u00e9 ce film avec le soutien de la famille de Reyhaneh Jabbari \u2013 la m\u00e8re et les s\u0153urs vivent maintenant en exil allemand, le p\u00e8re sans autorisation de sortie toujours \u00e0 T\u00e9h\u00e9ran. Mais de gros risques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en d\u00e9voilant les images en partie secr\u00e8tes de la famille, en partie prises secr\u00e8tement actuellement en Iran.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;histoire de Reyhaneh accuse le r\u00e9gime des mollahs insouciant de leur citoyens, et encourage les protestations actuelles afin de pouvoir renverser l\u2019arbitraire \u00e0 travers le monde. \u00c0 l\u2019occasion de la 73\u00e8me \u00e9dition de la Berlinale, le film a remport\u00e9 le prix du film pour la paix ainsi que le prix du meilleur film de la s\u00e9lection <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perspektive Deutsches Kino<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/SCOky5bOtBQ\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2><b>Une histoire d\u00e9vastatrice\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de 19 ans, Reyhaneh Jabbari est arr\u00eat\u00e9e puis emprisonn\u00e9e en juillet 2007, retenue coupable du meurtre de son agresseur sexuel. S&rsquo;ensuivent des protestations, des p\u00e9titions en ligne, des signalements impliquant les plus grands groupes de d\u00e9fense des droits de l\u2019homme suivis par de nombreuses organisations internationales. Malgr\u00e9 \u00e7a les preuves de d\u00e9charge sont r\u00e9prim\u00e9es, les avocats de la d\u00e9fense ne sont pas admis et les fausses d\u00e9clarations sont extorqu\u00e9es. Cela s\u2019explique notamment par le fait que la victime, Morteza Abdolali Sarbandi, \u00e9tait un ancien employ\u00e9 du minist\u00e8re des Renseignements (le VEVAK), dont la r\u00e9putation a \u00e9t\u00e9 indignement prot\u00e9g\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le seul moyen pour elle d\u2019\u00e9chapper \u00e0 la peine de mort \u00e9tait d\u2019obtenir le pardon de la famille du d\u00e9funt, en vertu d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me judiciaire qui int\u00e8gre la loi du talion, et accorde aux victimes, ou \u00e0 leurs familles, un droit de regard sur la peine prononc\u00e9e. Un pardon qui, dans l\u2019affaire d\u00e9pendait du retrait des accusions de viol. Tel n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 le cas. Reyhaneh s\u2019en est tenu \u00e0 la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 ne s\u2019impliquant pas dans cet accord, qui, laissait pr\u00e9tendre qu\u2019elle aurait d\u00fb se faire violer et intenter une action en justice par la suite. Apr\u00e8s sept ans pass\u00e9s en prison, elle est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9e en octobre 2014.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/P2v6xJns9V4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2><b>Un capital moral \u00e0 l\u2019abandon<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Critiquant la violence sexualis\u00e9e contre les femmes en Iran, le \u00ab droit \u00e0 la vengeance \u00bb et l\u2019arbitraire juridique, le film culmine ainsi au-del\u00e0 du compr\u00e9hensible laissant place \u00e0 la m\u00e9moire plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l\u2019oubli.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c0 travers ses lettres, Reyhaneh raconte ses pires instants en prison. Elle parvient \u00e0 en tirer le meilleur autour d&rsquo;une solidarit\u00e9 f\u00e9minine o\u00f9 les d\u00e9tenues partagent une injustice qui colle \u00e0 la peau. Il s\u2019agit tant\u00f4t d\u2019une fille prostitu\u00e9e par la volont\u00e9 de sa m\u00e8re pour que ses fr\u00e8res continuent \u00e0 vivre dans le luxe. Ou d\u2019une autre vivant \u00e0 la rue apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9pudi\u00e9e par ses parents. En d&rsquo;autres termes, voil\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il reste d\u2019un Etat qui ne compte plus aucun capital moral.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce documentaire redonne espoir aux femmes dans un combat qui se veut perdu d\u2019avance pour elles. Durant son combat, Reyhaneh ne s&rsquo;est pas laiss\u00e9e briser. Sept hivers en prison l\u2019ont transcend\u00e9e au point qu&rsquo;elle ne semblait plus de ce monde. Elle y aurait a priori tout perdu, sauf elle-m\u00eame, celle \u00e0 travers qui, la force de surmonter sa propre impuissance lui a permis r\u00e9sister \u00e9perdument. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cSept hivers \u00e0 T\u00e9h\u00e9ran\u201d sortira le 29 mars au cin\u00e9ma.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nb : <\/span><a
